Who you're agreeing with

The Dallas Real Estate Internet (dallasrealestateinternet.com) is operated by Kohl Klaus, REALTOR®, Texas license #0735490, a sales agent sponsored by Keller Williams Realty Urban Dallas. By creating a home search account, you agree to these terms.

Your relationship with us

When you register for a home search account, you acknowledge that you are entering into a lawful consumer relationship with Kohl Klaus and Keller Williams Realty Urban Dallas so that we can provide you with real estate brokerage information and services. Creating an account does not create an agency relationship or obligate you to buy, sell or sign anything. Agency relationships in Texas are created only by a written agreement. See the Information About Brokerage Services notice.

How you may use the listing data

You'll use the information only for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You have a genuine interest in buying, selling or leasing real estate of the type shown.
You won't copy, redistribute, resell or republish the listing data, or use it to build a competing service. Automated scraping, bots and bulk downloading are not allowed.
Your account is for you. Don't share your sign-in.

About the information

Listing data comes from the North Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) MLS and is provided courtesy of the listing brokerages. It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed, may change at any time, and should be independently verified. Monthly cost estimates, tax figures, commute times, flood zones and school information are estimates for planning only, not appraisals, loan offers, or legal or tax advice. School attendance zones must be confirmed with the school district.

The listing brokers whose listings are shown are intended third-party beneficiaries of these terms. The MLS and our broker may review account records to make sure the data is being used properly.

Contact and emails

By registering, you agree that Kohl may contact you about your home search by email, phone or text. Search alerts are sent only when you turn them on, and every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link. See our Privacy policy for how your information is handled. We never sell it.

Ending your account

You can stop using the site at any time. Email kohlklaus@kw.com to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the MLS rules.

Fair housing

We are committed to the Fair Housing Act and Equal Housing Opportunity. We don't steer, rank or describe areas by the characteristics of the people who live there.
