The short version: we use what you share only to answer you and help with your move or home. We don't sell it.

Who we are

The Dallas Real Estate Internet (dallasrealestateinternet.com) is run by Kohl Klaus, REALTOR®, Texas license #0735490, with Templeton Real Estate Group at Keller Williams Realty Urban Dallas. Questions about this policy go to kohlklaus@kw.com or 337-794-9971.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you request the moving guide, a home value, a call or help, we receive what you type: name, email, phone (if you add it), property address, home details and your message.
• Questions you ask the AI. Your questions and the answers are processed to reply to you. When you send a request to Kohl, a short summary of your recent questions and tool results is included so the conversation picks up where you left off.
• Saved items on your device. Saved areas, preferences and recent questions are stored in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers. You can clear them anytime in My Profile or your browser settings.
• Site statistics. We count visits and page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other sites. We also use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to measure which pages and buttons people use. You can opt out with Google's opt-out add-on or your browser's cookie settings.

How we use it

• To reply to you, send what you asked for (like the guide or a market analysis) and follow up about your request.
• To fill in public-record home details and show an estimated value range when you use the home value page.
• To improve the site and its guides.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We don't send marketing texts unless you ask us to, and you can tell us to stop any email or text at any time.

Services that help run the site

These companies process information only to provide their service to us:

• GitHub Pages and Cloudflare: hosting, security and visit statistics.
• Anthropic: generates the AI answers.
• Resend: delivers emails, like the guide and request alerts.
• Google: address suggestions on the home value page, and Google Analytics.
• RentCast: public property records and automated value estimates.
• Calendly: booking a call, under Calendly's own privacy policy.
• Our CRM: where Kohl keeps contact details and notes for follow-up.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or with your permission (for example, introducing you to a lender or inspector you asked about).

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and request history while we're working with you and for a reasonable time afterward for records the real estate business is required to keep. Ask us anytime to delete what we have, and we'll do it unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

• Email kohlklaus@kw.com to see, correct or delete your information.
• Reply "stop" or "unsubscribe" to any email or text.
• Clear saved items in My Profile.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning a move or a home purchase or sale. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
